Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased from Hotelkite Private Limited and Hotelkite Inc (collectively, "Hotelkite"). We want you to be confident in your decision to use Hotelkite, and this policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Free Trial
All new accounts include a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to the platform at no cost. No payment is charged until the trial period ends and you choose to continue with a paid subscription.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you cancel during a billing cycle, your access will continue until the end of that cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current annual term, and no refund will be issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy in cases of:
- Extended service outages caused by Hotelkite (beyond our stated SLA)
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Billing errors on our part
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our team at billing@hotelkite.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
