We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your Hotelkite account, what data is removed, what is retained for legal purposes, and the timelines involved.
How to Request Account Deletion

Log in to your Hotelkite account
Sign in at app.hotelkite.com using the email address associated with your account.

Export your data (recommended)
Before requesting deletion, we recommend exporting your property data, guest records, and financial reports from Settings → Data Export.

Submit a deletion request
Fill out the Account Deletion Request form below with your registered email and account details. You can also email privacy@hotelkite.com directly.

Identity verification
Our team will verify your identity by sending a confirmation link to your registered email address. You must confirm within 7 days.

Processing & confirmation
Once verified, your account will be scheduled for deletion. You will receive a final confirmation email when the process is complete.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All active subscriptions will be cancelled, and any remaining balance will be handled per our Refund Policy. Please ensure you have exported any data you need before submitting your request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon successful processing of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Account credentials and profile information
- Property configuration and room setup data
- Guest profiles, preferences, and CRM records
- Reservation and booking history
- Housekeeping logs and task history
- Channel manager connection settings
- KeyIO AI agent configurations and training data
- Saved reports and dashboard customizations
Data Retained After Deletion
Certain data is retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes even after your account is deleted. This data is stored securely and is not used for marketing or product purposes.

After the retention period expires, retained data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Deletion Timeline
Day 0: Deletion request submitted and verification email sent.
Day 1–7: Verification window. You must confirm via the email link. If not confirmed, the request expires.
Day 7–14: Grace period. Your account is deactivated but can still be recovered by contacting support.
Day 14–30: Permanent deletion of account data (except legally retained records).
Day 30: Final confirmation email sent. Deletion is complete and irreversible.
