Account setup, property registration, and first steps
Visit app.hotelkite.com and click Sign Up. Enter your email, verify it, and you will be guided through property registration. The Onboarding Agent walks you through each step conversationally.
Most properties go live within 2 to 4 weeks. This includes property setup, room configuration, rate plan creation, channel connections, and staff training. The Onboarding Agent accelerates each step.
Yes. The Onboarding Agent supports guided data migration for reservations, guest profiles, and rate structures. Our success team can also assist with bulk imports from spreadsheets or exports from other systems.
Property name, address, contact details, number of rooms, room types, and your tax registration number. You can add rate plans, photos, and policies after initial setup.
Yes. Early Access members get full access to every module for one year at no cost. No credit card required. All features are unlocked from day one.
Go to Settings then Users. Invite staff by email and assign them a role (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Revenue Manager, etc.). Each role has predefined permissions scoped to the modules they need.
Yes. Hotelkite supports multi-property organizations. Add properties from your organization dashboard. Guest profiles are shared across properties, and you can switch between them without logging out.
Hotelkite works on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). The interface is responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Housekeeping staff typically use the mobile view on Android or iOS.
