Click Connect Google in Reputation settings, authorize via OAuth, and select your business location. Reviews sync automatically after connection. Historical reviews are imported but do not trigger AI responses.
Yes. The system surfaces recurring themes weekly. If four reviews mention slow WiFi, you get an alert suggesting a maintenance investigation. Patterns are identified across all platforms.
Yes. Edit any response from the review detail screen. The updated response is pushed to the channel. You can also delete a response entirely and write your own.
