Channel Manager

OTA connections, rate sync, and distribution

300+ channels including Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, Google Hotels, GDS systems, metasearch engines, and wholesalers. New channels can be added in minutes.

Rate changes push to all connected channels within seconds. The system uses real-time two-way sync, not batch updates. Every push is tracked with a status (pending, sent, success, or failed).

Set your base rate once in Hotelkite. Derivation rules automatically calculate channel-specific rates using percentage markups, fixed offsets, or custom formulas. One change becomes hundreds of updates.

During channel setup, you map each Hotelkite room type to the corresponding room category on the OTA. This tells the system which inventory and rates to push where. Bulk mapping is supported.

Failed pushes are retried automatically with exponential backoff. You can view the push status for any date, room type, and channel combination from the ARI logs screen to diagnose issues.

Yes. Property descriptions, room photos, amenities, and policies can be pushed to supported channels from one place. No more logging into each extranet separately.

When a booking is created from any source, available inventory is decremented immediately. Updated availability is then pushed to all other connected channels within seconds, preventing double bookings.

Yes. Minimum stay, stop sell, closed to arrival, and other restrictions can be applied per channel. The system validates which restrictions each channel supports before pushing.

The Channel Communication Logs screen shows the raw API request and response for every call made to and from each OTA. This is the primary debugging tool for sync issues. Filter by channel, direction, and date.
